We are a group of passionate, skilled, and highly experienced mental health counselors, social workers, and life coaches who’s main desires are to serve our humble community of WNC by providing the best service.

As a mental health collaborative and group practice, we assist clients and their families by providing holistic and systemic mental health therapy, life and health coaching. Located in the heart of Hendersonville, NC with the wonderful backdrop of the beautiful western Carolina mountains we are conveniently located and easily accessible.

We take the approach of supporting the whole family through a systems approach. We understand that when we have conflict in our life, trauma, maybe sufferings from a mental health challenge, we are not alone in it all. Rather we are a part of a bigger system of interactions and reactions.

We believe that the greatest healing comes when all parts of the system can participate in the therapeutic process. We also recognize the importance of physical, mental, relational, and spiritual balance. To enjoy life to it’s fullest we must first find peace, calm, and balance within.
